Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport
Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport, and transfer to Moshi town
Moshi is one of tourism centers in the northern safari circuit of Tanzania. The closest tourism spots include Kilimanjaro National Park, Mkomazi National Park, Lake Jipe, and Lake Chala. There are also several waterfalls, natural springs, and tropical forests. Tours can also be arranged from Moshi to other areas such as Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Arusha National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, and Tarangire National Park. The city has several hotels and recreation centers.

Day 02 : Full day Moshi
Your day tour includes a visit to these Chaga tunnels, a hike to a beautiful waterfall, a tour of a local coffee plantation, and the opportunity to sample the potent banana beer that is popular with the locals.
Kilasya Falls: The walk to these picturesque falls is a leisurely hike through local banana plantations and quiet clusters of homes. You’ll use stepping stones to cross the river and there’s a bit of muddy downhill hiking to get there, but the reward at the end is a towering waterfall with blessedly cool waters beneath. The particularly adventurous may even wish to hop in for a quick swim.
Local coffee plantation tour: You’ll pay a visit to a locally owned and operated coffee plantation to learn more about the process that takes the beans from the tree to our cups. Try your hand at manually grinding and roasting beans, and reward your hard work with some delicious, fresh coffee. Chaga tunnels tour: You’ll venture down into the inky black darkness of the tunnels in which Chaga sheltered when the Maasai would raid from the lowlands. Your guide will guide you unerringly through the underground labyrinth as he describes the days of guerilla warfare and how the people survived underground for so long.
Banana beer tasting: Visit a local banana beer vendor to try this potent local brew.

Day 03: Moshi/Arusha
Drive from Moshi to Arusha Between Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro
Experience the traditional huts to choose from in Maasai village. Built traditionally from mud and grasses but furnished to European standards, they are powered by solar energy and have ensuite toilets and hot showers. Experience sunrise on your personal terrace, surrounded by nature, with a view of Mount Kilimanjaro. The restaurant serves both international and traditional Swahili dishes. A unique experience: Tanzania up close, enjoyed from the Maasai steppe.

Day 05: Arusha National Park/Tarangire National Park
Morning drive to Tarangire National Park for game drive, Picnic lunch,
The park is famous for its high density of elephants and baobab trees. Visitors to the park in the June to November dry season can expect to see large herds of thousands of zebra, wildebeest and cape buffalo. Other common resident animals include waterbuck, giraffe, dik dik, impala, eland, Grant’s gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon. Predators in Tarangire include lion, leopard, cheetah, caracal, honey badger, and African wild dog.

Day 06: Tarangire National Park/Mto wa Mbu/Lake Eyasi
Morning departs for Mto wa Mbu village cultural tour. Picnic lunch
Bustling with a variety of cultures from around Tanzania, the little town of Mto Wa Mbu lies at the entrance to Lake Manyara National Park. A local agricultural hub, the town is famous for its crops of rice and the distinctive red bananas that Tanzania is known for. A half-day tour of the town in the company of a local guide gives travelers the opportunity to interact with local farmers, as well as artisans, craftsmen and painters. A sampling of the local banana beer adds a unique taste of local flavor.

Day 07: Full Day Lake Eyasi
Depart for a full-day execution and visit the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes at Lake Eyasi, Lunch at the camp.
See a different side of Tanzania, beyond the typical safari circuit, on this private overnight tour from Arusha. Spend time at Lake Eyasi, where you’ll spend time with members of the Hadzabe community and learn about their culture and traditions. Learn how to use bows and arrows, observe traditional hunting methods, and watch Hadzabe dances. depart for a tour of the Blacksmiths, a sub-tribe of the Datoga. The Blacksmiths weld brass and Aluminum into bracelets, necklaces and other intricate objects then trade them with the Datoga and Maasai.
You will have the opportunity to ignite a fire on the forge using air bags made from cow hide before Proceeding for a tour of the Datoga. Take a tour of a Datoga homestead (gheid). The Datoga are semi-nomadic Cushitic pastoralists similar to the Maasai.

Day 08: Lake Eyas/Olduvai Gorge/Serengeti National Park
In the Morning drive to Serengeti through Ngorongoro highlands stop for Olduvai Gorge Museum. Picnic lunch.
One of the biggest onsite museums in Africa located at the excavation site of Olduvai Gorge and near Laetoli Footprints site. The museum exhibits the earliest evidence found in Olduvai Gorge and Laetoli Footprints that holds earliest evidence of the existence of human ancestors. The museum also showcases other findings from elsewhere in Africa.

Day 09: Full-day Serengeti National Park
Full day Exploring Serengeti National Park. Picnic lunch.
The Serengeti supports an incredible abundance and diversity of wildlife, from the Big Five (although black rhinos are rarely seen) to giraffes, cheetahs, spotted hyenas, black-backed jackals, warthogs, and a huge variety of antelope. The Grumeti and Mara Rivers are home to grunting hippos and gigantic prehistoric-looking crocs, known for their feeding frenzy during the annual wildebeest river crossings.
Serengeti National Park offers what many consider the essence of an African safari. Massive animal herds march across the wide-open savannah as far as you can see, while predators never fail to add drama to this idyllic scene.

Day 10: Serengeti National Park/Ngorongoro Crater/Karatu
Morning drive to departs to Karatu, stop for Crater tour in Ngorongoro Crater. Picnic lunch
A visit to the Ngorongoro Crater is an experience of a lifetime. As the world’s only intact caldera, the crater is the top attraction of the 8,292km²/3,202mi² Ngorongoro Conservation Area. There are few places that have comparable wildlife densities. It is not unusual to see the Big Five in one day here. And all this is in the most amazing setting with a backdrop of the 600m-/1,968ft-high crater wall.

Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport via Arusha, lunch in Arusha then transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your International flight.
